Every paid scan includes one free rescan within 14 days. Tokens never expire, and unused tokens are refundable within 30 days of purchase.

Example: your cost on the 20-site plan is $15 a site a month. You set the client's price. At $100 a month per client, 20 clients bill $2,000 a month against $299.99.
What you're paying for.
Refunds
Unused tokens are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Tokens spent on completed scans are not refundable. Email [email protected] from your account email with the purchase date and number of tokens; refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Fair use
Scan only websites you own or are authorized to audit. Scanning client sites or handing reports to clients needs an Agency account. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel anytime, and it stops at the end of the month you paid for.
