What does one token get me?

One complete scan: all six checks, the full ranked fix list, and up to five competitor scans free.

Do tokens expire?

No — never. Use them whenever.

How much are tokens?

Agency packs: 25 for $1,250, 50 for $2,000, 100 for $3,000. Bigger packs lower the per-scan price.

How long does a scan take?

About a minute, most of the time.

What if a client's score is low?

Start at fix #1 in the report and work down — the list is ordered by impact.

Can I re-scan after the fixes are made?

Yes — every paid scan includes one free re-scan of the same site within 14 days. After that, re-scans cost one token. Old reports stay under Sites for 24 months to compare against.

How often does monitoring check a client's site?

Every week. Monitoring rescans each monitored site once a week and warns you when the score slips.

Are competitor scans really free?

Yes. Up to five per scan, scores only, no tokens charged.

I signed in with Google. Can I change my password?

There's no SERAVERRA password to change — your Google account handles sign-in. Manage it in your Google settings.

How do I get an invoice?

Tokens & billing in the side menu → Activity. Every purchase has an invoice you can download.
